Senior Nursing Manager

Aged Care Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Nursing Manager to join our team. As a leader in resident care and wellbeing, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective management of all resident care and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team to ensure high-quality care is delivered to residents
  • Develop, implement and evaluate clinical/care service components of the strategic plan
  • Collaborate with medical professionals, residents, and families to ensure comprehensive care planning
  • Ensure effective documentation of care and services meeting legal requirements and maximizing financial outcomes

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in nursing
  • Proven experience at a senior nursing/management level
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent clinical documentation practice
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Current NDIS Workers Check
