Enhance Residents' Lives as a Senior Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant.
- Provide high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Manage continence issues and provide related support.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement individually designed care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a care setting.
- Australian National Police Check (current).
- CERT III or IV in Individual Support (preferred).
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (preferred).
- Working with Children Check (preferred).
- Driver Licence (preferred).
- NDISWC (preferred).
