Resident Care Specialist

The primary function of this role is to provide high-quality care and services to residents in a timely and compassionate manner.

Working closely with the nursing, hospitality, and resident engagement teams, you will be responsible for performing resident-centric care duties. This includes providing one-to-one support, engaging residents in activities, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

This role requires an individual who has experience working in aged care and possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills. Aged Care Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) is also essential, as well as NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
