Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Commercial Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining and growing the Ballarat commercial property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer lease agreements, including expiries, renewals, and rent reviews
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure optimal asset performance
  • Oversee accounts administration, including rental receipts and payments
  • Coordinate maintenance and obtain quotes as needed
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with landlords and tenants

Ideal Candidate:

  • Positive attitude with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in IT systems and ability to quickly learn new software
  • Authentic personality with a 'can-do' approach

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Previous experience in commercial sales is advantageous but not required
