Job Title: Property Portfolio CoordinatorLocation: BrisbaneAbout the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Property Portfolio Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our property services function, you will be responsible for coordinating property and facilities management activities across our portfolio in Queensland.

You will work under the direction of our Regional Manager (North) to ensure that all property activities are delivered efficiently and effectively, providing safe, compliant, and fit-for-purpose facilities to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate property and facilities management activities, including maintenance, repairs, and leasing services;
  • Develop and implement property strategies to optimize our portfolio's performance and value;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address property-related risks and opportunities;
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports related to property activities;
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in property and facilities management, preferably in a government or similar environment;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, contractors, and external partners;
  • A strong understanding of relevant laws and statutory requirements relating to the built environment;
  • Sound administration and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands;
  • A proven ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver results within tight deadlines;
