Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Property Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Residences Property Management team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of properties.

This role is ideal for a Property Management professional looking to advance their career and gain hands-on experience preparing them for a leadership role in property management.

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of refurbished apartments at Mantra on Edward.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Office team for trust accounting and receive Leasing and Administration support locally.
Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and maintaining a portfolio of properties, including lease administration, maintenance, routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports.
  • Carrying out all duties related to Residences as per QLD legislative guidelines.
  • Efficient liaison with unit owners, tenants, property teams, and Accor Apartments & Leases department.
  • Ensuring profitability and maximizing the number of properties under management at all times.
Requirements
  • A positive attitude and fresh ideas.
  • Natural problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A real estate license.
  • At least one year of Property Management experience.
  • Experience using Console Cloud, Snug, and Realworks is highly regarded.
  • Hotel Operations or experience will also be highly regarded.
