Property Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of a diverse portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough property inspections to ensure all properties are in good condition and meet our standards
  • Coordinate open house viewings to showcase properties to potential buyers or renters
  • Prepare detailed reports on property status and maintenance requirements
  • Liaise with property owners and tenants to address their concerns and needs
  • Issue water invoices for reimbursement to property owners
  • Oversee property maintenance to ensure timely and efficient repairs
  • Finalize bonds for new properties

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in property management (minimum 1 year)
  • Passionate, driven, and ambitious individual who is eager to grow and take on new challenges
  • Experience or knowledge of relevant software systems (e.g., Console Cloud, IRE, Realworks)
  • Up-to-date understanding of all regulations and legislation related to property management
  • Excellent customer service skills with high attention to detail
  • Fast thinking and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Confident communication skills with ability to prioritize tasks
  • Sense of urgency with ability to work under pressure
  • Team player with strong support and collaboration skills
