Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties in the Forest Lake / West Brisbane area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and utilize their expertise to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of all matters.
  • Work closely with an administration team to provide exceptional support and service to clients.
  • No BDM or trust accounting duties required, allowing you to focus on high-level portfolio management.
  • Utilize your experience to maintain a tidy and well-organized portfolio, with full-time assistant support available.
Requirements
  • Ideal 2–3+ years of experience as a Property Manager, with a strong track record of success.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin or Vietnamese, with excellent communication skills.
  • High energy levels, initiative, and ability to work independently, with a strong attention to detail and high standard of service.
  • A current QLD Certificate or Licence, and a valid driver's licence.
