We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that our clients receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of circa 160 properties
  • Liaise with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • No routines, leasing, or trust accounting required

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in property management
  • QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding telephone manner and time management
  • Valid driver's license
