Property Portfolio Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team, working with a diverse portfolio of properties in the Ascot and Nundah areas.

  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing your own property portfolio, utilising your expertise to maximise client satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • You will work closely with landlords and tenants, using your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • A key aspect of this role will be handling property maintenance, repairs, arrears, and lease renewals, ensuring that all aspects of property management are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with our supportive team to achieve our goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Hold a current Queensland Salespersons Registration.
  • Possess 1-3+ years' experience as a Property Manager.
  • Have a valid Queensland Driver's License.
  • Exhibit excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Be adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a genuine passion for Property Management and People.
  • Experience with Property Me, Air Table is advantageous.
