Job Description

A leading company is seeking a dedicated professional to lead the delivery of scope and ensure compliance with project health, safety, and environmental requirements.

The ideal candidate will foster a positive team culture, actively coach and develop crew and individual capabilities and positive behaviors.

Key responsibilities include working closely with the engineering/technical team to ensure implementation of site materials management systems and procedures, ensuring the input of identified material requirements into the materials management system, coordinating the scheduling and delivery of materials and equipment to the site, and managing the safe offloading of materials from trailers at centralized project laydown.

Additional responsibilities include managing the safe order picking, loading of material for transport to site, implementing materials receipting, OS&D reporting, warehousing, and work pack development and issuance to construction processes and procedures, working with the construction team to plan and forecast site plant equipment requirements, and working with cost control on the forecast of plant and equipment control accounts.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential risks and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to materials management and site operations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
