Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Laboratory Coordinator to join our team. As a Laboratory Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating daily scheduling for field testers and contractors, ensuring accurate and compliant testing of concrete and construction materials.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in construction materials testing, strong leadership attributes, and excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate field and laboratory testing
  • Support customer and compliance requirements
  • Maintain quality and accreditation standards
  • Prepare technical reports
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in construction materials testing
  • Strong leadership attributes including good people management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with AS/TfNSW standards and NATA requirements
  • Experience with concrete allocation and lab systems
  • Cert IV/Diploma in Laboratory Techniques (advantageous)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
