Job Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Laboratory Allocator/Technician to coordinate daily scheduling for field testers and contractors.

This exciting opportunity will see you deliver accurate, compliant testing for a wide range of concrete and construction materials.

About the Role
  • Coordinate Field and Laboratory Testing: Schedule and organise daily sampling and testing of concrete and construction materials for production and project assessments.
  • Customer and Compliance Support: Develop strong relationships with internal/external customers, assist in meeting technical requirements, and ensure tests align with relevant standards and frequencies.
  • Maintain Quality and Accreditation Standards: Follow established procedures and systems, maintain NATA accreditation standards, and perform equipment calibration and maintenance.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Support technical reporting, including signing off on concrete and aggregate test reports.
Your Skills and Experience
  • 2+ years' experience in construction materials testing
  • Strong leadership attributes including good people management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with AS/TfNSW standards and NATA requirements (desirable)
  • Experience with concrete allocation and lab systems like Command/QestLab
