We are seeking a Material Coordinator to support the receipt, handling, control, pick, and dispatch of goods and materials.

The role requires the ability to unload and load trucks, transportation of materials to and between drop zones or warehouse locations.

A key responsibility will be to conduct inspection of inwards and outward bound materials as delegated by quality and in accordance with respective policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have experience in warehousing and freight receipt/dispatching, hold a current forklift licence, and possess strong communication skills.

A commitment to safe work practices is essential, as is a proactive and solution-focussed approach.

Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills are required, along with previous experience using ERP or warehouse management systems.

The role is based out of various locations in Adelaide, with travel required to different sites.

About You:
  • An Australian citizen with eligibility to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance
  • Demonstrated experience in warehousing and freight receipt/dispatching
  • A current forklift licence
  • A strong commitment to safe work practices
  • Proactive and solution-focussed approach
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills
  • Previous experience using ERP or warehouse management systems
