THIS IS A FIXED TERM CONTRACT POSITION, LOCATED IN SYDNEY

**What you'll do as a Programming & Materials Coordinator**:

As a Programming & Materials Coordinator you will be responsible for day-to-day contact with local and overseas program suppliers/producers for all scheduled general entertainment and sports programs in time for broadcasting on all our platforms; linear channels, catch-up (10 Play) and our exciting new SVOD service Paramount +.

**Functions/responsibilities including**:
**Material Coordination**:

- Timely delivery, downloading and processing of program material
- Sourcing replacements for rejected programs
- Returning programs to the distributors
- Processing material invoices

Programming Coordination (metadata entry for linear channels and Paramount+):

- Supplying onboarding metadata to Paramount+
- Synopsis entry into our broadcast system software, IBMS
- Assisting with programming deal entries and management

What are we looking for in a Programming & Materials Coordinator? What's important?
- 12 months experience in a similar role or working in media looking for a new challenge
- Experience with materials or broadcast workflows
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting daily deadlines
- Capacity to work well both autonomously and within a collaborative team environment
