Supply Chain Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring materials availability for production and customer fulfillment. The ideal candidate will work closely with suppliers, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and other stakeholders to deliver accurate, efficient, and timely material plans.


Responsibilities
  • Generate and maintain material requirement plans using MRP outputs to optimize inventory levels and reduce stockouts.
  • Raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring delivery dates are accurate and communicated to prevent delays.
  • Liaise with suppliers to confirm orders, track ETAs, and expedite where necessary to meet business needs.
  • Identify and escalate supply risks including logistics, quality, or documentation issues that could impact operations.
  • Produce supply chain reports including shortages, inventory forecasts, and safety stock reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain ERP master data accuracy for all inventory items to ensure seamless integration across systems.
  • Represent the supply chain function in operational meetings, ensuring effective communication and action follow-up.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience in a regulated industry such as medical device, pharmaceutical, or FMCG.
  • Proven materials planning expertise with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong logistics and supplier management skills to negotiate and build strong relationships with external partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as supply chain management, business administration, or engineering.
