Senior HR Role

This is a highly skilled senior-level position that supports the Hotel Support Center with HR administration and office management.

The HSC HR Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading activities to support the HSC, including handling daily administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring ESAs shared values are followed and positions ESA as a great place to work for recruitment and retention of field associates.
  • Overseeing day-to-day HR administrative tasks for the corporate office, including onboarding, personnel changes, and related activities.
  • Assisting in the facilitation of the "New Hire Best Day Ever" program at the HSC, including conducting new hire tours, scheduling off-site hotel tours, and organizing check-in meetings for the HSC HR Director.

Additionally, the HSC HR Manager will help the HSC HR Director manage HR functions for corporate associates along with corporate engagement programs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, and a minimum of 3-5 years progressive HR experience with 1+ year in a supervisory or leadership role.

Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills are required, along with high proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.

Experience with HRIS systems, project management, and hospitality industry knowledge are also highly valued.

This role requires minimal supervision and strong bias for action and sense of urgency.

Other duties may include:

  • Serving as backup for the office clerk as needed.
  • Performing moderately complex research work.

Physical demands include regularly standing, walking, using hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, talking or hearing, and tasting or smelling. Occasionally, the employee must sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

This role requires excellent discretion and professionalism, with a high level of discretion and professionalism when working with sensitive and confidential information.

The position is a hybrid role and is expected to work on site a minimum of 3 days per week with the ability to work up to 5 days as needed.
