Human Resources Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a professional to serve as an HR Account Manager for our organization.


The successful candidate will have opportunities to expand their professional network and business acumen, while developing strong relationships with clients across various industries in the market.


This role requires providing professional human resources services in a consultative capacity to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits. The ideal candidate will also design and conduct HR trainings/workshops for managers and/or their employees, research and provide updates on Federal, State, and Local laws, and serve as the first point of contact for payroll, benefits, and risk management inquiries.


Above all, the successful candidate will provide first-class customer service for our clientele to foster and maintain the client relationship.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional human resources services in a consultative capacity to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Design and conduct HR trainings/workshops for managers and/or their employees.
  • Research and provide updates on Federal, State, and Local laws.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for payroll, benefits, and risk management inquiries.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred; PHR or SHRM certification is a plus.
  • 2-4 years experience in customer service required; 2-3 years HR experience in similar field required.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable presenting in front of large groups.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
  • Valid driver's license required; regular daily travel throughout the market.
