Job Overview

Job Role: As an HR Services Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling HR solutions to existing clients, identifying challenges, and providing technology-driven solutions to optimize workforce management.

This position focuses on building strong relationships with clients, streamlining HR functions, enhancing compliance, efficiency, and employee engagement. You will develop expertise in HR services offerings and their impact on workforce management, engage with clients to assess HR needs, and provide tailored solutions that support compliance and employee engagement.

Educate clients on best practices for HR technology adoption, talent retention, and workforce development, while ensuring a consultative, value-driven approach. Collaborate with support and operations teams to deliver a positive client experience, monitor sales performance, and identify trends to refine sales strategies. Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop expertise in HR services offerings and their impact on workforce management.

Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance, or a related field is preferred. 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or client services, preferably within HCM technology, financial services, or a related industry.
