Job Title: HR Services Professional

As an HR Services Professional, you will play a key role in promoting and selling isolved's human resources solutions to existing clients. Your primary focus will be on identifying HR-related challenges and providing technology-driven solutions to optimize workforce management.

About the Role

This position requires strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members. A keen analytical mindset is also essential, as you will need to assess HR issues and develop innovative solutions that enhance the employee experience.

You will work closely with clients to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions that support compliance and employee engagement. This may involve educating clients on best practices for HR technology adoption, talent retention, and workforce development.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop expertise in isolved's HR services offerings and their impact on workforce management.
  • Engage with clients to assess HR needs and provide tailored solutions that support compliance and employee engagement.

  • Upsell HR services solutions while ensuring a consultative, value-driven approach.
  • Work collaboratively with support and operations teams to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify trends to refine sales strategies.
What We're Looking For
  • A bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or client services, preferably within HCM technology, financial services, or a related industry.
  • Proven ability to consult with clients, identify needs, and effectively sell solutions that drive business value.
  • Strong understanding of industry concepts, regulations, and best practices relevant to the role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clients and simplify complex topics.
