Job Opportunity: HR Leadership Role

A global leader in the industrial solutions sector seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to drive strategic business priorities through effective HR policies.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree (or Associate with equivalent experience) and at least eight years of progressive employee relations and HR development experience in a manufacturing environment. A strong knowledge of HR compliance, legal requirements, and government reporting is essential.

The selected candidate will demonstrate proven success in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee development, as well as experience administering performance management, compensation, and benefits programs. They should also have the ability to design and implement HR policies, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
