Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing strategic human resources guidance to senior leaders and management teams. This includes developing and implementing people strategies that drive business objectives, improving employee engagement and productivity, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement human resources strategies that support business objectives
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees at all levels
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to identify and address talent gaps
  • Analyze data to inform HR initiatives and improve business outcomes

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in human resources, with a minimum of 5 years as a Generalist
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
