The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, be comfortable presenting in front of large groups, and have a valid driver's license. Regular daily travel throughout the area is required.


In this role, you will provide consultative human resources services to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits. You will also develop various HR deliverables for clients, such as handbooks, job descriptions, surveys, etc., design and conduct HR trainings/workshops for managers and/or their employees, and serve as the first point of contact for payroll, benefits, and risk management inquiries.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide consultative human resources services to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Develop various HR deliverables for clients, such as handbooks, job descriptions, surveys, etc.
  • Design and conduct HR trainings/workshops for managers and/or their employees.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for payroll, benefits, and risk management inquiries.
