About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Manager to join our team at EBR in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding client in the telecommunication industry, where you will play a key role in managing a ground-breaking team to provide consumers with more user-friendly mobile experiences.

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to facilitate the successful launch of operations in Australia. Your responsibilities will include tracking performance, setting goals, and developing training plans for the Operations team to help everyone master the skills needed to deliver exceptional customer support.

You will also work directly with the General Manager to build and improve internal efficiency, execute delivery processes and analyses in a fast-paced environment, make evaluations to ensure that best practices are shared within the company, and develop strategic relationships with vendors to minimize operations gaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders.
  • Track performance, set goals, and develop training plans for the Operations team.
