This is an exciting opportunity to join NICE as a Technical Network Operations Specialist in a leading role focused on advanced network monitoring.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in troubleshooting network and platform issues, ensuring maximum possible service availability and performance for all CX products. As a member of our 24x7x365 NOC team, you will provide support for internal teams while also providing a central hub of communication regarding the status and ongoing events within the network and platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsibly identifying and resolving complex network and platform issues from a server-side perspective.
  • Validating and testing NICE CX products and platforms.
  • Performing routine health checks to ensure timely detection of service-affecting issues.
  • Responding to alarms, alerts, or abnormal behaviors detected through proactive monitoring.

You will be working closely with both internal and external teams to assist in escalated troubleshooting for issues related to NICE CX products and platforms.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with internal product teams to stay current on new and planned product additions or updates.
  • Familiarize yourself with industry-standard tools such as IP Monitor, SolarWinds, and BMC.
  • Demonstrate a confident and goal-oriented attitude with the ability to set and meet short- and long-term objectives.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • An associate degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Information Services, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a technical or support role within telecommunications, data networks, or application server environments.
  • A demonstrated understanding of network topologies, Windows server-client environments, and telecommunication environments with a focus on SIP.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
