Operational Continuity Management Specialist

As part of our Business Continuity team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continuity of our operations. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement business impact assessments, business continuity plans, and crisis management activities to ensure that our organization is prepared to respond to any disruptions.
This includes collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization to identify critical business functions, developing proactive incident response plans for high-impact events, and providing regular reporting on business continuity activities to senior leadership.
You will also work closely with our Risk, Controls, and Incident Management team to ensure that all business continuity plans are up-to-date and aligned with organizational changes and methodologies.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business continuity, operations, or compliance-related corporate roles, as well as project management experience and a strong understanding of risk and control management principles.
A key aspect of this role is the development of incident response plans for potential high-risk events, projects, or scenarios. This includes working closely with stakeholders to capture critical business functions and build business impact assessments and business continuity plans in accordance with overall resilience methodology.
As an Operational Continuity Management Specialist, you will provide reporting on business continuity plan completion, critical business functions, trends, and metrics to senior leadership on a regular basis. You will also support control development and testing in collaboration with the Customer Success controls manager and support crisis and incident response requirements in collaboration with the Associate Director Risk, Controls, and Incident Management.
