Job Title
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Technical Support Specialist.
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch support services to customers through various channels, including email, phone, and text chat. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using software tools.
- Develop and articulate solutions clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with other technical specialists and engineers to deliver exceptional customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years working experience in a related field.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in both hardware and software.
- Flexible and able to multitask with an ability to manage priorities.
- Experience in customer service, technical support, and project management.
