Technical Field Specialist


Description:

You will provide exceptional customer support and engineering expertise through the execution of small projects, on-site equipment installation, and troubleshooting services. The Technical Field Specialists work closely with our clients to maintain a proactive and productive manufacturing system.


Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical assistance and field services to customers by performing one or more of the following tasks.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues at the client site.
  • Provide expert analysis and specification preparation for on-site projects.
  • Coordinate between stakeholders, including OEM sales, product division, and clients.
  • Ensure seamless integration and maintenance of RA products and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or equivalent) or Trade qualification with additional tertiary education.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering and field services.
  • Proven ability to deliver technical presentations to internal and external clients.
  • Demonstrated success in developing relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Mature, enthusiastic, team player, and customer-focused individual.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
