About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our strategic partnerships and drive business growth. As the Head of Strategic Partnerships & ANZ Engagement, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our partnership strategy, with a focus on delivering incremental value across joint business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage our ANZ account efforts to identify new growth opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and ensure successful partnership implementation.
  • Drive business development efforts to improve performance across existing partnerships and identify new ecosystem partners that enhance our offerings and support market expansion.
  • Understand local market trends, regulatory environments, and competitive landscapes to inform partnership opportunities and business decisions.
  • Manage and influence relationships within ANZ to ensure successful partnership implementation, including regular presentations at executive levels.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership playbook for identifying customer engagement and rewards/offers solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partnership initiatives align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate partnership success and optimize initiatives to maximize value.
About You

We're looking for a highly experienced professional with a deep understanding of the Retail Banking landscape and a proven track record of building and running partnerships. You'll have excellent negotiation and contract management skills, persuasive communication and interpersonal skills, and commercial acumen.
