Head of Strategic Partnerships and ANZ Engagement

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our strategic partnerships and ANZ engagement efforts. As the Head of Strategic Partnerships and ANZ Engagement, you will be responsible for developing and driving our strategic partnerships, with a priority focus on ANZ Bank, by delivering and demonstrating incremental value across joint business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned to ANZ's financial wellbeing strategy and business/partnership OKRs.
- Manage and influence relationships within ANZ across varying levels to ensure the successful implementation of partnership agreements.
- Drive business development efforts to improve our performance across existing partnerships and to identify new ecosystem partners that enhance Cashrewards' offerings and support market expansion.
- Understand and identify local market trends, regulatory environments, and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with internal Cashrewards teams to ensure partnership initiatives align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Extensive experience in partnership management and a deep understanding of the Retail Banking landscape.
- Deep experience in building and running partnerships, with emphasis on the Financial Services landscape.
- Management Consulting or Professional Services experience with heavy exposure to 'Partnership Ecosystems'.
- Proven track record of building out a multifaceted partner ecosystem coupled with experience working with Product and Technology teams.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Persuasive communication, gravitas, and interpersonal skills across varying stakeholder levels.
