Your New Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. Reporting to the Head of HR, APAC, you will work closely with leaders across technology, trading, and operations to provide support across the full range of HR matters.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Influence and advise leaders on all operational HR matters across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, performance management, employee development, immigration, policy, and process development and interpretation, and WHS matters.
  2. Build relationships with stakeholders to drive HR programs and initiatives.
  3. Become a trusted coach to managers, helping them drive high performance and achieve business objectives.
  4. Assist with administration tasks, as part of our hands-on approach.
  5. Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategy and initiatives.
  6. Experience in learning and development, instructional design, and/or facilitation would be highly valued.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a HR Generalist.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated capacity to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and strong relationships with business partners.
  • A pragmatic and results-driven approach.
  • High levels of self-awareness.
  • Organization awareness; perceptive in interpreting interactions among individuals and groups within the matrix structure.
  • Facilitation and instructional design experience highly regarded.
  • Appropriate HR qualifications or relevant experience.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
