Job Title: Compensation Specialist
This is a challenging role that requires a skilled professional to oversee the end-to-end implementation of new compensation and benefits systems.
Main Responsibilities:- Project Management: Define project objectives, set timelines, and allocate resources for a seamless transition.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate the delivery of the project alongside internal, external, and global stakeholders.
- Data Migration: Oversee data cleansing, migration, and validation activities while ensuring collaboration and ownership of configuration and testing.
- Change Management: Manage change, training, communication, and post-go-live support to drive adoption.
- Award Interpretation: Oversee interpretation of enterprise and collective agreements as well as relevant awards and clauses to ensure they are properly captured and paid correctly.
- Error Prevention: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure accuracy, security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Adherence: Ensure adherence to procedures, security measures, and legal requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in payroll management or HR solutions, with a strong focus on software implementation and a deep understanding of end-to-end payroll processes across Australia and New Zealand.
