The Role
As part of our People and Culture division, you'll be working closely with the Reward, Performance and Governance team to develop and deliver compensation and benefits policies, programs, and practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and delivery of compensation and benefits policies, programs, and practices.
- Manage remuneration data, provide reporting, and conduct in-depth analysis to support decision-making and ensure accurate execution of reward processes.
- Support the management of the annual remuneration review process, including planning, communication, and delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Finance, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated success and previous experience in a specialist remuneration or compensation analyst role.
- Strong understanding of salary benchmarking principles and methodologies.
- Experience with HRIS systems and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, macros, VBA scripting, advanced formulas).
- Proven experience in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
