Compensation and Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive compensation and benefits specialist to join our dedicated team in Adelaide. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant compensation services for the corporation and its subsidiaries.
Main Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end compensation for the corporation and its subsidiaries, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Identify and resolve compensation discrepancies and issues promptly, escalating complex matters as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements.
- Handle complex compensation matters including terminations, redundancies, and specialised entitlements.
- Analyse data and support improvements through workforce reporting and analytics.
- Prepare and submit statutory compensation reports, including payroll tax, superannuation contributions, and compliance audits.
- Experience with end-to-end compensation processing and compliance.
- Experience with HRIS and reporting; CHRIS21 experience is highly regarded.
- Ability to analyse data and support improvements through workforce reporting and analytics.
- Ability to handle complex compensation matters including terminations, redundancies, and entitlements.
