Excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Case Manager ready to step up, or a Technical Specialist seeking a new challenge in Workers' Compensation
Responsibilities- Provide technical guidance on workers' compensation claims within your team
- Ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across claims decisions
- Coach and mentor Case Managers to build capability
- Review and endorse claims decisions where required
- Partner with Team Leaders and senior technical staff to embed best practice
- Proven experience as a Senior Case Manager or Technical Specialist within Workers' Compensation
- Solid, practical knowledge of relevant legislation, with the confidence to interpret and apply it
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience coaching or mentoring team members is highly desirable
- Experience in front-end claims management is ideal
