Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Process weekly payroll for a large workforce with precision and accuracy.
  • Review employee timesheets for completeness and ensure all necessary information is documented.
  • Maintain accurate and current employee records within payroll systems.
  • Respond to inquiries related to leave, terminations, and adjustments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with payroll tax, superannuation, and month-end accruals to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations teams on onboarding, terminations, and leave queries.

  • Advanced knowledge of payroll processes and expertise in Excel.
