Insurance and Compensation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex insurance and compensation cases.
  • Provide expert advice on public liability, ComCover, and worker's compensation matters.
  • Conduct thorough investigations, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses.
  • Prepare and advocate for clients in mediation and court proceedings.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in insurance and compensation law.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to increase client engagement.
  • Lead and mentor junior lawyers and law graduates, promoting their professional growth.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance colleague skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in public liability claims, ComCover, and/or worker's compensation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
