About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Contact Officer to join our award-winning Contact Centre team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice, assistance, and support to customer enquiries on behalf of our State Government client
  • Work in a fast-paced, energetic environment where priorities can change frequently based on customer demands
  • Make a difference in the lives of people by servicing customer interactions and supporting the wider Victorian community
