Operations Management Coordinator

About This Role:
Comscore is seeking an Operations Coordinator to provide operational administration for the company's Rentrak Theatrical businesses in the Asia Pacific Region. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Manager- Asia Pacific Operations
- Collect, collate, and manage daily data feeds and summary data products and records
- Assist in the production of research products and client services with data supply partners
- Maintain databases, including distributor location booking, release schedule production, and film research
- Process distributor reported numbers and research film titles and credits
- Update and maintain administration tasks in Comscore's products
- Perform overnight services, collecting missing grosses and liaising with cinema managers
- Support aspects of overnight operations and client services administration
- Ensure all Asian Pacific releases and calendars are updated for summary and overnight purposes
- Cross-reference and title-match electronically imported titles/codes against Comscore systems
- Send out feeds and Top Film reports
- Verify data accuracy and balance cross-checks and validation
- Assist and provide instruction to the Night Call Centre team
- Respond to inquiries from the Night Call Centre team
- Daily review of matched and unmatched title reports and create JIRA's to rectify issues
- Ensure theatre location data is up-to-date and accurate
- Cover duties of the Manager- Asia Pacific Operations during absences or leave
- Cover shifts as required for night and weekend operations
- Perform other duties as instructed by Senior Management
Requirements:
- HSC or equivalent qualification
- Excellent writing and reading skills in English
- Reading and writing skills in Chinese (an advantage)
- General computer and specific computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Google applications skills, including Gmail, Drive, and Calendar
- Customer service and online research skills
- Numerical and analytical skills
- Demonstrated communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Interest in the film industry and quality-oriented client-focused approach
- Highly organized and able to work to deadlines
