As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented Recruitment Operations Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily HR transactions such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and leave administration across multiple regions.
  • Manage the P&C service desk on Slack and Jira, ensuring timely and accurate responses to employee requests and inquiries.
  • Present monthly reports on People Ops service metrics and requests, using data to drive improvements in efficiency and service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to automate routine tasks and expand self-service capabilities, reducing manual workloads and improving responsiveness.
Recruitment Coordination
  • Act as the recruitment coordinator, managing interview scheduling and logistics to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Partner closely with the Tech Talent Partner to organize interview processes, maintain candidate communications, and support onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Manage and maintain our ATS (Lever) to ensure all tasks are completed.
  • Coordinate and streamline the onboarding process to enhance the new hire experience.
Process Improvement & Systems Management
  • Serve as a BambooHR and Lever "Super User," overseeing data accuracy, user access, reporting, and ensuring seamless integration across platforms.
  • Regularly review and update HR and Recruitment policies and procedures to meet evolving business and compliance needs across multiple geographies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address inefficiencies and design scalable, sustainable solutions.
Global Culture Events Booking & Coordination
  • Coordinate logistics for People and Culture events, including venue bookings, catering arrangements, and participant communications to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist in planning and executing recruitment events, such as job fairs, open houses, and networking functions, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Global Employee Experience
  • Support the planning and execution of cultural events, engagement initiatives, and other programs aimed at enhancing the employee experience.
  • Partner with team leaders to gather feedback on People Ops processes, using insights to refine internal procedures and improve clarity for all stakeholders.
About You
  • Proven experience in People Operations, including HRIS management and data analytics.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle high-volume transactional work.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, effective at cross-functional teamwork and building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role, comfortable managing interview logistics and candidate communication.
  • Proficiency with HR systems (BambooHR preferred), data reporting, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of global HR operations and compliance across multiple regions.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and solution-oriented approach.
