Operations Coordinator

About This Role:
Comscore is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support for the Asia Pacific Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for general administration, data collection and entry, and research tasks to support the production of research products and client services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration: Ensure a smooth-running office, including fielding calls and emails for the Vice President and Managing Director as needed.
- Data Collection and Entry: Collect and enter data from various sources, including electronic feeds and client reports.
- Research: Conduct research on film releases, credits, and other relevant information to support the production of research products.
- Client Services: Provide administrative support to clients, including responding to inquiries and fulfilling requests.
Requirements:
- HSC or equivalent
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
