Job Title: Senior Customer Success Manager/Customer Success Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at SS&C Blue Prism. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention across our strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customers derive maximum value from their Digital Workforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and provide solutions to drive customer success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Deliver regular business reviews and provide actionable insights to customers to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a software or consulting organization.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
