Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced technical professional to join our team. The role involves educating, advising, and training customers and staff on a range of products.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of signage, media, and printing equipment, with the ability to provide expert advice and support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide product information and advice to existing and potential customers.
  • Be a point of call for sales staff to utilise their knowledge to assist with technical customer enquiries.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in all brands represented by the business.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement and education.
  • Attend industry events and training workshops.

Requirements:

  • Qualified sign writer with a minimum of 5 years of experience within the sign writing or printing industries.
  • Comfortable with regular interstate travel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Outstanding customer service ability and a passion to add value to customers.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
  • Professional presentation and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in assessing customer needs.
  • Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen.
