What You'll Do
The Technical Solutions Expert serves as a technical authority, collaborating closely with the sales team to support the sales process by providing technical knowledge and solutions to potential clients. This includes understanding customer requirements, preparing technical proposals, delivering product demonstrations, addressing technical inquiries, and creating customised solutions that meet client needs. The Technical Solutions Expert plays a vital role in building customer confidence and ensuring that the proposed solution aligns with the customer's technical and business objectives. They may also assist in the implementation phase and provide feedback to product development teams.
- Collaborate with the sales team to comprehend customer requirements and business objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients.
- Perform solution architecture design and ensure product compatibility with client infrastructure.
- Communicate client feedback and requirements to internal departments.
- Support the transition from pre-sales to post-sales by assisting with implementation and deployment as needed.
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in a similar position or relevant field.
- Relevant certifications in infrastructure and/or networking.
- Extensive experience in infrastructure (Dell/HPE) and networking (Juniper/Aruba/Fortinet).
- Hands-on experience with product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and solution architecture design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering customer-focused solutions.
Requirements
- Ability to travel to our office and client sites.
- Must be an Australian resident available to work full-time without restrictions.
We require all successful applicants to complete a current National Police Check and a new or updated state-based Working With Children Check.
