About the Role

As a Technology Solutions Expert, you will collaborate with clients, account management, vendors, and technical domain experts to understand business requirements and design cost-effective solutions. You will possess in-depth knowledge of infrastructure and broad experience in many technical disciplines to provide optimal solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-sales support and expertise to sales teams nationally in areas of specialization
  • Develop client relationships and translate business/technical requirements into technical solutions
  • Develop Statements of Work and corresponding services, including product costings for high-level solutions using infrastructure, storage, network, public or hybrid cloud services
  • Identify and pursue additional business growth opportunities for our organization
  • Engage with internal operational teams to maintain a thorough understanding of managed services and related contractual obligations
  • Oversee Project Delivery encompassing high-level Solution Architecture, detailed design, and quality assurance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' IT experience in design, delivery, and/or management of sizeable infrastructure, IT outsourcing, storage, backup, network, security, and hybrid cloud projects
  • A successful track record in Pre-Sales or comparable solution administration and management, with outstanding business acumen - corporate strategy, ROI, TCO, planning strategy, etc.
  • Self-driven, excellent customer liaison skills, and a passion for technology
