Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced mining professional to join our team as a Mining Solutions Expert. This role will work closely with experts in mine scheduling and design to deliver cutting-edge software solutions.

The Mining Solutions Expert will assist clients with the implementation of our software, focusing on short-term mine planning solutions. This role will utilize knowledge of mining engineering, design, planning, simulation, and scheduling to implement business software solutions for clients.

This position suits production engineers or short-term mine planners with operational site experience seeking city-based work.

Key Responsibilities
- Scope, implement, and configure our software for clients, focusing on short-term mine planning products.
- Provide training, support, and client liaison for existing clients.
- Assist with general software consulting services as needed.
- Identify new clients for our software and consulting services.
- Maintain high customer engagement and satisfaction levels.
- Support the business development team in promoting software use among potential clients.
- Contribute to the future direction of our software products and consulting services.

About You

You will have:

- Primary experience in mine planning with 3-5 years of operational short-term planning experience.
- Working knowledge of mine design, planning, and scheduling techniques.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong relationship building and management skills in complex environments.
- Ability to travel globally, regularly.
- Legal entitlement to work in Australia.
