Key Responsibilities
  • Support change management for vehicle handover processes and collaborate with central teams to implement best practices locally.
  • Serve as an expert for vehicle handover across Volvo, Mack, and UD Trucks, aligning techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist dealers with fleet deliveries and provide on-the-job training to dealer representatives.
  • Develop and deploy comprehensive training programs on Volvo Group Truck products, features, benefits, and usage.
