Expert Servicenow Solution Architect

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of business rules, client scripts, UI actions, form sections, notification events and other platform features that meet business requirements and adhere to best practice standards.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with Servicenow developers to design and implement solutions that meet business needs, implementing platform upgrades, releases, patches and hot fixes across non-production environments, creating new catalogue items (forms) and workflows in Servicenow to automate tedious and repetitive processes.

About You
  • Excellent problem analysis, root cause diagnosis and solving skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to lead and work effectively as part of a team of experts to resolve multi-functional problems.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentational, oral and written communication skills are required, along with a high level of working knowledge and/or training in IT customer service delivery (ITSM/ITIL), experience in Agile project management and Quality Assurance practices.
  • A strong understanding of Servicenow best practice development platform, methodology and solution architecture is also required, as well as the ability to provide expert process advice, guidance and facilitation to stakeholders and ITSM process owners.
