Job Overview

The Consumer Engagement Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of consumers and their families throughout the healthcare journey.

This position focuses on understanding and addressing consumer needs and concerns, acting as a liaison between patients and healthcare teams to improve outcomes, strengthen relationships, and create a more positive and supportive healthcare environment.
