**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Consumer Growth Specialist to join the Big Bash Leagues team, on a permanent or a fixed-term basis. We are looking for an industry professional who is ‘obsessed with attendance’ and is a keen sales hunter who loves nothing more than filling stadiums by building best practice campaign plans and strategies that drives sales.
This is a club focussed role where you will partner with Big Bash Clubs to generate revenue by providing expert advice, executing plans, and aligning activities to ensure we meet our collective objectives.
We are looking for someone who can identify, build and implement campaigns to drive sales and retention outcomes across Big Bash Club membership and match ticket sales. You must not only be able to generate new ideas but also bring those ideas to life.
As the successful Consumer Growth Specialist, you’ll have strong relationship management, stakeholder engagement and coordination skills to ensure that plans are aligned and well executed. You will also support the overarching Big Bash Consumer Business Team in operational areas including ticketing and membership.

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
As the successful Big Bash Consumer Growth Specialist, you will have:
- Experience in consumer business sales - tickets, and membership within a sporting organisation or relevant industry.
- Qualifications in relevant field i.e. business related/sports management.
- Strong commercial mindset that can look around corners.
- Experience with creating crowd build or attendance sales plans.
- Strong stakeholder relationships and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with the ability to influence.
- Excellent attention to detail and thorough organisational skills.
- Experience in interpreting data and insights to inform planning.
- Knowledge of ticketing, membership and venue environments.
